SOCIAL MEDIA & BEER, AKA IMPROVING YOUR STRAT

Social Media commentator giantess Wiki-Brands just claimed that Brooklyn Brewery’s blog (this blog that you’re reading right now) is “one of the best and most frequently populated (beer) blogs”. Thanks guys. But could we improve our internet engagement?

Probably not.

But who knows. Hundreds of “digital agencies”, “web strategists”, “internet gurus” and “full service marketing service providers” contact us every week, pitching pie-in-the-sky business trajectories for a “few k” a year. Most are photoshopped versions of sending a resume taped to the top of a pizza box in the hopes of getting an interview. But every now and then one sticks out. Like this one from BajillionHits.Biz.

Check it out.

Hi again, everybody. We’re in the thick of it now, aren’t we. The Brew Yorkers are up to some good.

On Wednesday September 29th, neighbors Brooklyn d.b.a. will be hosting a fundraiser for East New York Farms!, featuring beers from 8 local breweries. Swing by 113 N. 7th Street (between Berry and Wythe), in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 8pm to 4am, and your purchase of yummy local beers will support East New York Farms!

It’s NY Craft Beer Week. Seems like an appropriate way to celebrate.

Beautiful dining room at EMP
