[Brooklyn All-Stars Erin Evenson & Christopher McCreight]

Meet Erin Evenson & Christopher McCreight, they are team New Lapskaus Boulevard! They are committed not only to updating the edible traditions of Brooklyn’s Norwegian-American community, but also to rocking your world. If preserved fish, root vegetables, lingonberries, and brown goat cheese are your thing, then they’re your team.

What was their Favorite Experimental Moment? It had to be serving homemade reindeer hot dogs to Chef Wylie Dufresne and his WD-50 team.
