“We’re gonna have a really really really good time” at The Raleigh Times. Join us on Wednesday, July 31, for a night of mouth watering food and palateĀ mesmerizing beer. Our very own Andrew Gerson will be preparing the following menu:

1st Course
Brooklyn Sorachi Ale
3 hour-citrus cured NC fish with heirloom tomatoes, toasted almonds, watermelon and crispy tortilla strips

2nd Course
Brooklyn Scorcher #366
NC Shrimp salad with rosemary aioli, fire roasted green chilies, arugula, fried croutons, shaved carrots and pickled celery

3rd Course
Brooklyn Silver Anniversary Ale
House Cured Charcuterie Plate: House made Ham “Deviled”, Pork Rillettes, Lamb Prosciutto, Our Mortadella, Chapel Hill Creamery Thunder Mountain Swiss, Whole Grain Mustard aioli, Pickled Watermelon Rind, Toast Points

4th Course
Brooklyn Local 2
NC Lamb Merguez Sausage, grilled mushrooms, summer vegetables, Carolina Gold Rice Cake, green herb puree

5th Course
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout
Chocolate Cake with bittersweet chocolate frosting, blue cheese truffle, vanilla creme anglaise
