Join us to ring in the inaugural meal of our new Dinner Party series at Humboldt & Jackson on Wednesday, July 16 at 6:30 PM. These dinners are dedicated to matching our Chef Andrew Gerson with local artisans, craftsmen and food producers to design a one-of-a-kind meal focusing on the rich ingredients and innovative techniques found in our own backyard. Rare and thrilling beers will be paired with each course, pulled from the deepest corners and wildest imaginations Brooklyn Brewery possesses.
Dinner Party No. 1 stars Chef Gerson alongside Ryan Miller, the Product Development Chef of Momofuku’s Kaizen Trading Company. Chef Miller will be digging deep in his bag of tricks to provide a series of umami-rich ingredients highlighting the range of Kaizen Trading Company’s products.
