“Friday February 22nd – March 3rd: Hospoda will serve a three course beer pairing menu featuring Chef Katie Busch’s modern take on Czech fare. Each dish will be paired with one of the following beers: Pilsner Urquell, Brooklyn Brewery’s Black Chocolate Stout and Brooklyn Brewery’s Winter Ale.
Monday, February 25th – Thursday, February 28th: For the first time in Hospoda’s nearly two year history, the restaurant will draft American craft beers from their one-of-a-kind Bohemian Beer Quadrunner, which pours the beer in four different ways, altering the foam levels. Since Hospoda opened in May 2011, only Pilsner Urquell, imported from the Czech Republic, was available on tap and drafted in four different styles. But during Beer Week, Brooklyn Brewery’s Black Chocolate Stout and Winter Ale will be poured from the Bohemian Beer Quadrunner.
The restaurant will also offer a Pour Your Own Beer special from February 25th through February 28th: Guests can get behind the bar and draft Pilsner Urquell and the featured Brooklyn Brewery beers in the four different styles themselves – twice! Then, they can take home a Hospoda mug. Diners can fill up their mug with beer twice and keep the beer mug as a parting gift for just $15.”
