SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience (DC)

As food and drink enthusiasts descend up the nation’s capital on June 8 and 9, Brooklyn Brewery will be among the 74 small and independent craft brewers participating at SAVORSM: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience in Washington, D.C.

Presented by the Brewers Association, SAVOR is the premier beer and food pairing event in the U.S. In its fifth year running, SAVOR provides guests the chance to sample craft beers from eight geographic regions across the country. To complement the craft beers, attendees will enjoy a reception-style sampling of delicious sweet and savory appetizers from a menu designed by Brewers Association culinary consultant Adam Dulye, Chef/Owner of The Monk’s Kettle and The Abbot’s Cellar in San Francisco, and a select group of chefs specializing in beer and food pairings.

During SAVOR, Brooklyn Brewery will be serving Sorachi Ace and the rare re-fermented Brooklyn BLAST!
