All Summer long we’ve benefitted from the delectable smells and flavors emanating from the Williamsburg waterfront, courtesy of Smorgasburg. This weekly collection of the city’s scrappiest non-brick-and-mortar food purveyors tantalizes our tongues with delicious, local food that’s one-of-a-kind. And now it’s moving indoors to Brooklyn Brewery every Sunday, throughout the Winter! Come inside, already. It tastes great.

From Brooklyn Flea:

Starting Sun., Dec. 4, SmorgasBrewery will feature a rotating cast of five Flea/Smorg food vendors inside the Brooklyn Brewery Tasting Room on North 11th St. in Williamsburg. The weekly feast will also include free brewery tours on the hour. SmorgasBrewery will be open Sundays from noon to 5:00pm, and is scheduled to last through March 2012. The opening week lineup will feature: Brooklyn Oyster Party, Kumquat Cupcakery, Mile End, Shorty Tang & Sons, and one more special guest. Eat, drink, and be merry!
