Tom Shillue’s Funny Story @ The Brooklyn Brewery (February Edition)

Wow. Brooklyn Based http://brooklynbased.net and Brooklyn Brewery have now teamed up and are presenting Funny Story along with me and CreagheadCo. http://creagheadco.com/ How exciting. Our show always had a Brooklyn mouth-feel to it, but now it will have a real Brooklyn kick, and you’ll leave with a Brooklyn aftertaste.

How did this months show come about? As usual, I’ve assembled an eclectic mix of people to tell us some stories.

Jason Fried runs a great storytelling salon over at http://theshedstorysalon.org/. Been wanting him to do our show at The Brewery. Excited to have him.

Jonathan Schnapp is opening a shuffleboard club in Brooklyn. http://www.facebook.com/RoyalPalmsShuffle. That is very interesting. He has no idea what story he is going to tell on the show. I told him not to worry.

D.C. Benny is one of my favorite storytellers. He and I started together as stand-ups in the early 90′s and we probably have a lot of stories that we will only remember after a few beers.
