Pick a Flying Saucer for the night of Wednesday, February 6 and plan on staying there for a while. Starting at 7 pm Brooklyn Brewery employees will be on hand at both the Memphis and Cordova Flying Saucers for a meet and greet and a veritable flood of fine Brooklyn Brewery beers, including:
