Brooklyn’s coming back to Washington and we’re lobbying for beer and food pairings! Sorry. But seriously, this evening’s gonna be a fun one. With Brewmaster Garrett Oliver’s direction Scion Restaurant will feature eight beers over two seatings (7:00 and 8:30). Each seating will feature four different beers. Each beer will be paired with a dish from our kitchen. Beers for the 7:00 seating are Brooklyn Lager, Local 1, BLAST! and Black Chocolate Stout. The 8:30 seating will feature Brooklyn Brown, Oktoberfest, Sorachi Ace and Black Ops. At $30 that’s a steal. Get to it. You know what to do.
