Her Porky Deliciousness won our hearts at Howlin’ Wolf in New Orleans, last Sunday. What’s Porky Deliciousness, you ask? It’s simply pepper jelly and steens glazed pork belly with smoky sweet potato grits, cane vinegar salad and praline bacon wrapped shrimp. So Amy won, so what. Wellll, she not only walked away with an all expenses paid trip to Brooklyn for the Food Experiments Championship in September but she also garnered the following prizes:
