Wednesday Cheese Pairing, August 15

Summer Harbison

Brooklyn Summer Ale with Harbison. Super creamy, vegetal, and woodsy, this cow’s milk cheese is wrapped in spruce bark and made at Jasper Hill Farms in Vermont. Its complex mix of distinct flavors will be balanced by the effervescence of the Summer Ale.
