Post Road Pumpkin Ale with Calcagno: Brisk, floral and sweet, Calcagno is a sheep cheese made in Sardinia and aged by the masters at Casa Madaio. It’s buttery start and salty finish will pair nicely with the pumpkin-ey overtones of the Ale.
