The Food Experiments National Tour kicks off in the great city of Houston, TX with the Beer Food Experiment. Judging the experiment will be Chris Shepherd, Chef of Underbelly, Adam Dorris, Chef of Stella Sola, and Jenny Wang, Producer of Southbound Foods.

But wait, there’s more! The day before the Beer Experiment, the Houston Supermarket Showdown goes off at Central Market. Come out and watch as seven-time Brooklyn Cook-Off champ, Theo Peck, comes to town to take on one of your own local foodies for bragging rights in a mini cook-off of mini-epic proportions. The not so secret ingredient: Brooklyn Brewery beer.
