+ re-dubbing it the Jersey Relief Experiment
+ changing the theme from food prepared with booze to simply the “best bite”
+ giving all ticket proceeds to the Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund
+ launching a raffle of incredible foodie prizes
Judging the Relief Experiment will be Anne McBride, Director of Experimental Cuisine Collective and Culinary Programs & Editorial Director for Strategic Initiatives at CIA; Adam Robb, Restaurant Critic for New Jersey Monthly and Philadelphia Editor of Thrillist; Anthony Pino, Executive Chef and Owner of Anthony David’s AND Bin 14; and Anthony Scillia, Alan Watts, and Gennaro Pecchia, the famous trio behind the site Men Who Dine.
