Crabfest @ City Tap House (PA)
On Saturday, August 18 we’re headed to City Tap House in Philadelphia for their annual crab Crabfest. Crabfest is a bargain: for $35 ($30 if you buy by Aug. 6) you can eat as much crab as you can crack, butter and devour between 1 and 4pm. As if that wasn’t enough, we’re bringing $3 cans of East India Pale Ale and Lager to quench your thirst. Opportunities to stuff your self with crab don’t come along every day, so do yourself a favor, follow @taphousephilly on Twitter, buy your tickets today, and don’t miss Crabfest on August 18th.
Pumpkin Smash @ City Taphouse (PA)
Celebrate everyone’s favorite seasonal gourd at Pumpkin Smash at the City Taphouse on October 7. The event will feature live music, a pumpkin pie eating contest and 25 pumpkin beers on tap. If you purchase the $10 keepsake tasting glass, your first pumpkin beer is free-a handy way to fill your fancy new glass. For more information or to reserve a glass, contact jmcgarvey [at] publichouseuse.com.
