DINNER PARTY

Brooklyn is known the world over for its wealth of artists, repurposed spaces, new models of thinking and innovative approach to running a business. We’ve reformatted our Dinner Party series, now in its third year, to take on the flavor and atmosphere of some of our borough’s most interesting spaces.  Our globe-trotting Chef and Head of Culinary Programming Andrew Gerson will take you behind the scenes for thrilling meals and stunning beers. Each location will feature a menu inspired by the site and accompanied by our most progressive beers. You know the ones: Barrel-aged, funk filled, bursting-at-the-seams-with-flavor-beers. Check back for ticket releases and endeavor to go deeper into Brooklyn and the boundaries of beer.

We’re kicking things off with a multisensory experience as you encounter some of Chef Andrew’s most boundary-pushing dishes and explore the world’s first food and drink museum at MOFAD in April. Then dine in the heart of a reclaimed factory space—now home to over fifty artisan food producers —when we visit Brooklyn Foodworks in June. And for our final dinner, we welcome you into our home at the brewery to meet our brewers and experience an unprecedented dinner at The Brooklyn Brewery itself. Usually our Tasting Room is the domain of beer snacks and pizza on paper plates, but Chef Andrew and his team are ready to raise the stakes for the evening. The beers are vivacious, the menus are mind-blowing, the venues are unique, and there are plenty of surprises in store.

Dinner Party No. 11: Brooklyn Foodworks: Thursday, June 30. Join us as we tour the space shared by more than fifty small food artisans, samples some of their work, and sit down for dinner in the heart of the building.

Dinner Party No. 12: The Brooklyn Brewery: Thursday, August 4. Tickets available the week of July 11th.


For our final Dinner Party of 2016 we're bringing things home to The Brooklyn Brewery itself. Enter the Brewery through our preferred hangout in the Packaging Driveway and discover a trail of bites and beers winding through our Williamsburg space. Our long-time staff will take you far beyond our standard tour to visit our dual brewhouses, travel through our cellar, hop over to our Barrel Room and more. This is a look at how we hang out in the brewery, with our lazy Friday evenings, shift pints and all.Dinner Party No. 12: Brooklyn Brewery 

After we finish our time in the brewhouse (and eat all of the snacks), join Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson and your new friends for an unprecedented dinner in our Tasting Room. The menu will pull from some of our favorite dishes from our past and present, including our full pig roast. We’ll be pouring some of our most sentimental and more esoteric beers, ranging from the OG Brooklyn Lager, to our newest Worshipful Company of Brewers Release, Lacto Futura, to the latest experiments from our Ghost Bottle program. And after we eat, stick around for a proper after party with our favorite playlists and plenty more beer. We’re looking forward to having you join us to celebrate our brewery and our Dinner Parties in our home.
