When you barrel-age a beer you're never quite sure exactly how it's going to turn out--and that's just how we like it. We're celebrating the unexpected with a special Wild & Wood tasting panel at The Museum of Food and Drink on Thursday, August 30th at 6 PM.
Our Brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Barrel Manager Eric Brown will walk, talk, and pour you through some of the most interesting experimental beers they've cooked up. They'll be focusing on how barrel-aging and microorganisms affect the brewing process, and as a special treat they'll even be showing off their super-secret fish sauce and hot sauce just to (literally) spice things up.
