Hold A Private Event At The Brewery

Whether you're planning a birthday, corporate mixer or holiday office party, The Brooklyn Brewery offers a special environment that can be customized to meet your needs. The raw, post-industrial 4,000 square foot space is a great alternative to more traditional rental spaces and is the perfect reflection of the hip surroundings of our Williamsburg neighborhood.

The Brooklyn Brewery is able to host events Monday-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Monday-Thursday nights are available beginning at 7:30/8pm after our regularly scheduled Small Batch Brewery Tour (5-7pm) ends.

+ If your group would like to begin earlier (Monday-Thursday)…the fee to cancel the earlier event is $250, in which case your event may begin anytime after 5pm. (This requires a minimum of 1 month prior notice)

+ Unfortunately we are not able to host any events prior to 5pm due to our being an active production brewery and having the busiest time of our brewing day between the hours of 7am-5pm.  

Saturday and Sunday event would occur 1 hour after our Public Hours close. *Alternate Rates Apply* See below.

+ Saturday events may begin at 9pm and Sunday event may begin at 7pm. 

*We are not able to host private events on Friday.

PRICING

3 Hour Private Event rates include: 

+ Beer (unlimited during the event with the last call for beer 30 minutes prior to the end of the event)
+ A Tour of Brooklyn Brewery
+ Space Rental and Staffing fees

The Pint: $50 per person (1-74 guests *$1000 minimum)

The 6 Pack: $3500 (75-99 guests)

The Case: $4500 (100-149 guests)

The Keg: $5500 (150-200 guests)

Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) ALTERNATE RATES - For events on the weekends, they would not be able to begin until after our Public Hours end (1 hr after close to clean and reset – Saturday start of 9pm or Sunday start of 7pm). The smallest package is the Case and the minimum starting fee is also adjusted. Events are not available on Friday nights.      

                             The Weekender Case: $5500 (1-149 guests or $5500 minimum)  

                             The Weekender Keg: $6500 (150-200 guests)

We are happy to recommend Caterers for Food during the event. Please inquire.

MUSIC

For a Private Event, you can absolutely bring in a small band or DJ to perform! They would be required to bring in all of their own equipment (including speakers). Small groups with little amplification needed work best in our industrial space.

We utilize an iPod system at the Brooklyn Brewery (with commercial free Pandora) that we would be happy to play during private events as well. Or you can bring in your own MP3 style player with your own playlist and we can sync it to our system for your listening pleasure.

TRANSPORTATION/PARKING

+ Just blocks away from the Bedford stop on the L Train and the Nassau stop of the G Train.
+ Street parking is readily available.

PAYMENT

Cash, Check paid to the Brooklyn Brewery or Credit Card

+ Please note if paying by credit card, a Credit Card Authorization Form is required and the card holder is subject to an additional 5% processing fee.
+ A deposit is not required.
+ Tax is included in the pricing.
+ Gratuity is NOT included.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel the event, please do so with 1 week+ notice, so we can adjust our staffing or possibly rebook another event. For events that are cancelled with less than 1 week notice, a cancellation fee of $500-$1000 (depending on the day of the week the event was to occur: Monday-Thursday $500, Saturday or Sunday $1000) applies.

WEDDINGS

While we have held wedding ceremonies/receptions here several years ago, we are not currently able to do so. Because of our Public Hours, we have found it is be extremely difficult to host weddings in our space at the Brooklyn Brewery and as such are not able to host them. We are happy to host a wealth of other events, however, surrounding a wedding.  If you ever find yourself looking for a setting for a Welcome party for out-of-town guests, a ‘Thanks for coming to NY’ party or your anniversary party, etc… we are the spot!

Any guests under the age of 21 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian only and at all times. Guests under 21 are not permitted to partake in alcohol.
