Carving Up the Brooklyn Corner in Hong Kong

Hong Kong remains one of our favorite cities on the globe, mirroring the madness of New York’s bustling streets, variety of cuisines and thirst for beer. We’re excited to bring the Brooklyn spirit to the heart of the city in collaboration with our pals at Beef and Liberty for a window into our borough’s culinary traditions at the Brooklyn Corner.

Perched high above the wild streets of Lan Kwai Fong, the Brooklyn Corner represents an intimate and interactive dining space featuring a specially curated menu by Beef and Liberty’s Group Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky and Brooklyn Brewery’s Chef Andrew Gerson. To start, we’re focusing on the Italian-American underpinning of Williamsburg’s culinary history, honoring our favorite neighborhood delis and red sauce joints with a proper feast featuring a selection of Brewmaster Garrett Oliver’s most limited and rare beers.Beer 01

We couldn’t be more excited to bring some of our favorite bottles to the table and are celebrating the launch by giving away an all-out trip to Brooklyn for two lucky beer fans at Beef and Liberty. Each pint of Brooklyn beer ordered from today until December 23rd puts you one step forward to reaching our shores. If you’re really invested, a dinner booking at the Brooklyn Corner counts for another five entries. Grab a round, hit the table and we’ll see you soon in Brooklyn.

The Brooklyn Corner can seat from 6-10 guests for a one-of-a-kind beer pairing experience. Check out a preview of the menu below and be sure to book your seat 48 hours in advance at the table each Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening at
