When that cool-weather craving calls, our brand-new collaboration, Willoughby, will be there to answer. The fromage experts at Saxelby used our Oktoberfest festbier to wash the rind of this soft, creamy cheese before aging it at The Cellars at Jasper Hills. The wash lends deeply savory and pungent notes of beef, toast, and cream to complement the buttery creme fraiche notes of the cheese. It’s the perfect companion to giant pretzels, hearty stews, and all your favorite fall snacks. But be careful: this is a very limited release, so it’s up to you to find Willoughby while you can.
