Consider your Valentine’s Day plans made. Our friends at Union Sushi Co. are hosting a series of sustainable sushi dinners in our private Tasting Room space, complemented by local beverage options, vinyl music, and energetic hospitality. Their intimate tasting-menu format allows the diner to interact directly with our chefs, learning more about our sourcing and our philosophy as it relates to sushi and sustainability.
Your ticket price covers the 15-course meal (tax, gratuity, and beer & wine pairings all included). The beer pairings will be lead by our own Brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Barrel Program Manager Eric Brown.
