Starting at 7:15 PM our Barrel Program Manager Eric Brown will take you on a guided tasting and tour through the decisions driving the funky, boozy, and delightfully unusual characteristics of our most innovative one-offs. Discover the impacts of oak influence, microbial interaction, secondary fermentation, and oxidation in the fermentation and aging processes from our resident expert.
The tour will include a tasting of our most cutting edge offerings, rare vintages and the stories behind them. And rumor has it that one of our legendary Ghost Bottles will be making a special appearance.
