Head to our Tasting Room on Sunday, January 16 at 1 PM and learn how to demystify ravioli and make the perfect pasta dough every time. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make ravioli at home, from rolling and cutting your dough to filling, cooking, and saucing your ravioli. With from-scratch pasta dough and a quick brown butter sage sauce, you’ll leave with this simple but impressive dish mastered and ready for your friends.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
