DONATION REQUEST

Please fill out the information below to see if you qualify for a Brooklyn Brewery donation for your event. We will be in touch as soon as we can if we’re able to support you, but please note that due to an overwhelming amount of requests, we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks, we are unable to assist your event. Planning time is always helpful, so please feel free to submit a donation request for a future event.
