Brooklyn’s Chris Vasquez formally invites you to eat, sip, and learn at Salt Creek Grill in Rumson, NJ. On Friday, April 25th at 7pm, fine dining commences. Chris will be walking diners through a selection of Brooklyn rarities, specialties, and perennial favorites, each expertly paired with a dish prepared with a Salt Creek dish.

Brooklyn’s Miles Moser formally invites you to eat, sip, and learn at Chelsea Tavern in Wilmington, DE. On Wednesday, April 30th at 6:30pm, fine dining commences. Dinner will proceed through six courses of Brooklyn rarities, specialties, and perennial favorites, each expertly paired with a dish prepared with a Chelsea Tavern dish.

Beer Dinner with Garrett Oliver @ Mountain Lakes Club (NJ)

Delve into the art of pairing beer with food at a special Beer Dinner hosted by Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver. The event will be held on Thursday, June 26th at the Mountain Lakes Club to benefit the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms, the early 20th-century country estate of Gustav Stickley, a visionary designer and leader of the American Arts and Crafts movement. The evening promises a remarkable night of craft beer, fine dining and intimate conversation with Garrett, as he guides guests through a four-course meal expertly paired with Brooklyn Brewery beers, including some unique offerings. Whether you are a craft beer aficionado, an epicure, or both, this evening will indeed be a revelation.  Garrett will demonstrate how beer is actually more versatile than wine for pairing with food and how real beer is the perfect partner to any dining experience.
