MoMA PopRally invites you to join Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgård, Uma Thurman, Stacy Martin, and Christian Slater for the U.S. premiere of the film Nymphomaniac: Volume 1, written and directed by Lars von Trier. PopRally is a program of events at The Museum of Modern Art and MoMA PS1 that features collaborations with artists and musical acts, performances, film screenings, receptions, and special viewings of exhibitions. Nymphomaniac: Volume 1 is the story of Joe (Charlotte Gainsbourg), a self-diagnosed nymphomaniac who is discovered, badly beaten in an alley, by an older bachelor, Seligman (Stellan Skarsgård), who takes her into his home.

Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver, will be visiting friends and partners, The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY on Wednesday, April 2. The night is stacked. Garrett will first lead his guests through a tasting in the Danny Kaye Theatre. The evening continues at the CIA’s American Bounty Restaurant, for a beautiful beer dinner featuring rare Brooklyn beers perfectly paired with specially designed menu.
