Brooklyn Palenque unites a gently sour ale with zesty key limes and a touch of salt, followed by a leisurely stay in rare mezcal barrels. Waves of tropical flavor roll in with notes of coconut, pineapple, and all things that deserve a tiny umbrella on top. All you need now is a loud shirt and some sunscreen.
