We are excited to announce that we will be hosting Drink + Print for a special SPOOKY edition with featured artist Damian Orellana! Join us October 20th in the Packaging Hall as we celebrate the spooky season with a little screen printing.

What is Drink + Print?
Drink + Print is a pop up event where guests learn the basics of screen printing by pulling a paper print developed by the featured artist and drinking beers sponsored by a local brewery. Each event highlights a new featured artist with a graphic they have specially created for the night.

About the artist
Damian Orellana is a designer and illustrator based in New York City. As an East Coast native from an immediate family of 15 (all from the same mama & papa), family has always been a circling source of inspiration for his work. He feels beyond grateful to be a designer because he gets to work across a diverse range of industries. Damian has called many places home over the years, including CT, RI, and NY. He attributes his success in design to the friends and mentors he has met throughout his journey who have offered different perspectives and advice that Damian has incorporated into his work.

What we will be printing
We will be printing a Halloween themed 3 color graphic on Stonehenge paper provided by Legion Paper, learning the ways of paper printing as we go. Each guest will get to take home the prints they personally pull at the end of the workshop.

What your ticket will get you:
– all print materials provided
– access to a small pop up shop with goods but the artist for purchase
– artwork exclusively made for the event created by our featured artist to take home
– hands on experience with print professionals
